The full story
When the fault happens, how often, in what weather, and anything that’s already been replaced trying to fix it. Old invoices help more than you’d think.
Registration & ownership
The vehicle’s current registration and ownership documents from the province it’s coming from.
Rebuild paperwork
Salvage documentation plus receipts for the parts used in the rebuild. Missing records are the usual reason a salvage inspection stalls.
Your claim number
Plus your insurer’s name and your adjuster’s contact details if they’ve been assigned. We’ll take it from there.
